Marketing and Events Division

The Division is in charge of planning and organizing University's events and institutional campaigns, by developing their promotion tools. The staff in this Division implement initiatives supporting Education, Research and Third Mission projects. They develop creative actions and the visual identity elements for strategic initiatives and projects, also preparing the related promotional products.Here staff coordinate and organize exhibitions, cultural and scientific events, and dissemination initiatives, also in partnership with other organizations and institutions.They promote University's sporting activities, in collaboration with the CUS and in support of the University Sport Committee; they take care of the organization of other sport initiatives, also in synergy with other external bodies.

Alumni, Sport and Relations with Local Stakeholders Unit

Head of Unit

The Unit promotes and manages relations with the PoliTO Alumni Association to strengthen relations with the alumni community and implement innovative projects. Staff here manage relations with local entities for the dissemination of culture. They coordinate institutional representative activities and ceremonial protocols. The Unit supervises the requests of “free patronage/sponsorship” submitted to Politecnico and manages university sport activities in collaboration with the CUS. Staff in this Unit are in charge of implementing other sporting initiatives implemented by the University, also with other external entities. It manages relations with the Polincontri Association for the coordination of the activities offered and for the enhancement of the University brand.

Events and Fundraising Unit

The Unit is in charge of the organization and promotion of institutional events, cultural and scientific festivals, organized by the University or in partnership with other bodies. It supports the other University departments/divisions for the promotion of seminars, conferences, exhibitions. Staff in this Unit are in charge of marketing and advertising actions for events and/or institutional campaigns. They manage and coordinate merchandising products and their distribution.Staff here support the Department in fundraising for activities connected to its mission.

Graphic Design, Exhibits and Merchandising Unit

Head of Unit

The Unit supervises the graphic aspects of institutional publications and communication products, for institutional activities and for the promotion of events, for which it is in charge of the advertising campaigns. Staff in this Unit design and create graphics for exhibition layouts and supervise the creation and installation of the layouts. They supervise the development of the University Merchandising, by selecting articles and designing their graphic customisation under the Politecnico brand.
