The Division is in charge of coordinating external communication and media relations, supporting the University Departments/Divisions in planning promotion and communication actions on PoliTO Education, Research and Third Mission activities.The staff in this Division are responsible for media relations and promote the development of press contacts for the Administrative and Academic Departments, as well as for the teaching staff.Here staff manage social media activities with other University communication tools andare in charge of the communication of sports activities, alumni initiatives and European projects.
Social Media Unit
The Unit manages and produces multimedia content for official University channels and platforms, including advertising campaigns, supporting the other Administrative Departments and Divisions in the communication of Education, Research and Third Mission activities. It provides support for the creation of videos for information and dissemination on social networks and online channels, as well as the creation of photo shoots for events and initiatives. It manages the social media of Biennale Tecnologia, PoliToSport and the University Libraries.
Web and Press Unit
The Unit is in charge of several activities: media relations, drafting of press releases, organisation of press conferences, PoliTO press review. Staff in this Unit supervise the production of content for the University website and coordinate its widespread editing.Staff are in charge of producing contents for the PoliFlash web magazine and draw up media plans for specific initiatives and projects. They coordinate the communication and media relations activities for Biennale Tecnologia.
