The Division supervises University project initiatives identified by the General-Director and the Governing Bodies, facilitating the interlocution and involvement of the various Offices of the University, providing management, program office and administrative support. In this Division staff coordinate initiatives dedicated to improving the services and usability of the Campus, as well as to the satisfaction of its users, with the involvement of the other University Departments with particular reference to the design and implementation of the University's emissions inventory and decarbonisation plan, in collaboration with the Energy, Mobility and Resources Manager and the competent Departments. The Division coordinates the University Living Lab and supports the Energy Manager.
Campus Services Planning and Monitoring Unit
The Unit is in charge of the planning and monitoring of campus services.Staff in this Unit supervise and coordinate actions related to the emissions inventory and the University's decarbonisation plan.They work out representations of the main dimensions relating to Campus operations; they monitor, in liaison with the PROGES Department, the University's utilities and energy consumption.
Domain Expert Energy
She supports the Energy Manager in defining actions on the University, in dealing with external bodies relations, in the development of domain-specific projects and in the drafting of documents required by regulation.
