Strategic Planning and Reporting Division

The Division supervises analysis and monitoring activities in support of strategy and its implementation across various operational contexts. It develops analyses, studies, and tools to support decision-making, also with reference to performance mechanisms related to the University’s missions and the monitoring of related policies. The Division coordinates the development of thematic dashboards to support decisions, ensuring their alignment with strategic guidelines, integrated planning, and organizational processes, in coordination with the Study Center for University Strategies, as well as the consolidation of the Data Warehouse.The Division monitors the University’s strategic indicators, also fed through the National Student Registry (in coordination with the STUDI Department). It also monitors national and international rankings followed by the University. Additionally, the Division collaborates with the Senior Domain Expert in Transversal Analysis for specific analyses and studies.

The Unit develops strategic analyses using an evidence-based decision-making approach, supporting the Governance and the activities of the Study Center for University Strategies. Specifically, the Unit: supports the activities of the Study Center for University Strategies by contributing to strategic analyses; supervises national and international cross-cutting rankings; coordinates the collection of cross-cutting data in coordination with data representatives from various Offices; supports activities related to the Three-Year Planning process and analyses of the University's positioning within the higher education system; supports, in synergy with the Quality, Evaluation, and Valorization of Research and Knowledge Division, the Governing Bodies in defining internal resource allocation criteria; provides analyses and data to the Senior Domain Expert in Integrated Programming for strategic and integrated planning processes at both University and departmental levels; provides analyses and data to the Senior Domain Expert in Transversal Analysis for specific analyses and the definition of indicators.
