Programme overview
A new Bachelor's degree programme to prepare the civil engineers of the future.
The degree course in Civil and Environmental Engineering aims at training engineers with knowledge and skills to support the design, management and maintenance of civil structures and infrastructure such as bridges, dams, roads and railways, water distribution and drainage networks. This classical civil engineering training is complemented with courses equipping students with knowledge and understanding of concepts pertaining to circular economy as they apply within the remit of natural resources and energy as well as courses that prepare students to design and maintain plants for the treatment of gasesous, liquid and solid waste in industry.
