The Unit coordinates the organization of the technical activities carried out by the Departmental District, both specific activities for the operation and management of the laboratories and transversal activities in terms of logistical, IT, and security services. The Head of Unit is responsible for the procedures and ensures that the administrative, technical, and regulatory documents produced by the Unit are correct.
He supervises the following activities within the Departmental District: service desk and help desk; workplace and collaboration; support for IT infrastructures and services; technical support for communication; support for the purchase of goods and services in the IT field. He is responsible for the processes and ensures that they are correct from the administrative, technical and regulatory point of view. He reports to the Facility Manager.
