Contracts and Participated Entities Division

This Division supports all University Departments and offices in public and private contracting negotiation with third parties, and supervises drafting and processes of contracts, memoranda of understanding, agreements in general. The Division guarantees: participation in the negotiation and deeds writing/implementation phases, interacting with the counterparty and supervising the stipulation, as well the preliminary analysis relating to the agreements internal approval steps and the formalisation with the counterparty and repertoire. The Division supervises all the processes connected to the Politecnico di Torino's shareholdings in external bodies and the preliminary activities related to the establishment and/or participation of the Politecnico di Torino in third parties. It guarantees support to the competent academic bodies in the relevant institutional processes, both in the activation phase of the participation, and in the constant monitoring phase. The Division coordinates and supports all the University's active commercial contracting processes and coordinates and supports all the University's institutional contracting processes, in particular with public and/or non-profit organisations.
