Budgeting and Accounting Unit

The Unit coordinates and controls the following activities: budget planning, management, administration and monitoring. It monitors the proper execution of both the active and passive cycles, with a consequent monitoring of debt, credit and collections. It coordinates the following activities: preparation of reports; verification of the DURC; compensation management; customs practices; inventorying and de-inventorying processes; acquisition and uploading of customer and supplier data; monitoring of personnel-related transactions. The Head of Unit is responsible for the procedures and ensures that the administrative, technical, and regulatory documents produced by the Unit are correct.
