The Division deals with general secretarial processes, personnel management, document management It system, and the processing of files to be submitted to the University bodies. It provides administrative support to the RUPs and DECs in the purchasing procedures implemented by the Department.It monitors the Department's administration and accounting processes, purchases of goods and Services, budget planning, management and monitoring, acquisition processes, configuration and administrative management of fixed and mobile telephone services.It manages the computer assets/inventory, logistical support for the Department's activities, centralised management and monitoring of printing devices.
IT Asset Management and Event Logistics Support Unit
The Unit supervises the lifecycle of IT assets, the storage of assets and the relocation of workstations.For the Central Administration it manages printing devices and peripherals, IT consumables, individual media for flexible working.It manages the rented multifunctional printers for the administrative activities of all University's offices/departments/units.The Unit provides distance learning aids to academic departments. It supports Polito IT events and activities related to the health and safety at workplace.
