Documents for students and tutors 

Based on the new regulation issued by the University on October 31st, 2023, the ICA PhD programme is adopting internal regulations to supplement various specific aspects that are not regulated centrally. These regulations will be examined and updated annually, at the beginning of every cycle, after a specific discussion with the Academic Board. Every student, supervisor and co-supervisor is required to know and comply with these regulations, which will soon be available on this page. 

 

Academic Board documents 

The members of the ICA PhD programme Academic Board can find the documents and the memorandum of the Board meetings at this link. To access these files, you must log in with the credentials of your Politecnico di Torino institutional account. 

 

ICA Poster Day

All the students complete their year by presenting the status of their research during the ICA PhD Poster Day. Every student creates a poster and presents the research activities to colleagues, professors and guests, invited in a friendly and collaborative environment. 

Usually, the PhD Poster Day is also the perfect moment chose by the internal commission to evaluate and discuss the work carried out by each PhD students over the year. The evaluation by the internal commission is a necessary element for students to be admitted to the following academic year or to the final exam. As of 2019, all the posters have been collected on a website that can be considered an Annual Report for the ICA Doctorate.
