The curriculum is structured as follows:
- In the first semester, you will follow diverse courses based on your previous knowledge. If you come from the ICT field, you will learn the basics of chemistry, water engineering, and sustainability. If you do not have a Bachelor's degree in ICT, you will learn the fundamentals of electronics and computer science, essential for continuing the course of study. All students will take an introductory course to agronomy.
- In the second semester, you will attend more specific courses to the Agritech sector, where you will learn about sensors, data transmission, IoT, and water resource management applied to agriculture.
- In the third semester, you will focus on managing technologies and innovation within a company of the agricultural sector, exploring regulatory and safety aspects, and learning how to manage agricultural waste. Additionally, you will explore new crop monitoring techniques and how mechatronics is applied to agriculture.
- In the fourth semester, you will apply what you have learned through an internship or a challenge. Moreover you will work on a final thesis, which can be carried out either at Politecnico di Torino or at a company. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to follow elective courses to complete and enrich your educational path.
