
The University promotes various welfare initiatives to support individuals and help balance work and personal life.

- Museum Pass: co-financing of an annual Museums Pass for Piedmont and Aosta Valley (discounted price for employees + voucher at a reduced price for one family member)
- Transport Pass: full coverage of the annual public transport pass for home–work commuting.
Requesting the transport pass will result in the deactivation of the parking badge.
- Policino Micronursery and Baby Parking: company-run micronursery service for children aged 12 to 36 months (maximum capacity: 20 children at a time).
Established in 2013, Policino is an integrated service combining micronursery and baby parking, located within the Politecnico campus. Access is regulated by a specific annual call for applications. - Personal Care and Assistance Services: support for managing challenging situations related to the care of elderly and/or disabled family members, or for staff experiencing temporary health issues or partial non self-sufficiency.
Health Insurance: health policy managed by the Agacon Area (policy text and documentation available here).
It is a digital wallet that allows users to select services and benefits through a dedicated welfare platform (Edenred).
This service is exclusively available to TAB, CEL, and Technologist staff.
It is an annual fund, regulated by a specific policy, designed to provide economic support in response to exceptionally serious events with a significant impact on the employee and their household and/or to offer partial reimbursement of dental expenses.
