The Hays Italy Salary Guide is an annual report that analyses salary trends and the job market in various sectors, compiled by Hays experts in Italy.

The data presented in the 2025 edition of the Hays Italia Salary Guide was collected thanks to the contribution of over 1,000 professionals and companies in Italy.

The report also provides information on average salaries for some of the main professional roles covered by Hays, with indicative salary scales broken down by city and business function.

This Atlas is a classification and information system that describes work across 24 economic and professional sectors and maps the qualifications issued in Italy by the relevant public bodies. Developed to support the creation of the National Register of Education, Training and Professional Qualifications, as required by Legislative Decree No. 13/2013, it is the result of a participatory process involving institutions, social partners, professional associations, sector experts and other stakeholders in the labour-training system.

Its nature as a system for representing work can be applied to multiple contexts in support of employability and learning services.
