Contacts for Prevention and Protection Service

 

 

The Prevention and Protection Service oversees processes related to identifying hazard factors and assessing and managing associated risks, identifying measures for the safety and healthiness of the work environments.  In particular, the main activities of the Service concern the following areas:

  • Identification and evaluation of hazard factors and preparation of the corresponding technical documents and DVR
  • Support in the development of design guidelines for compliance of workplaces
  • Monitoring of environments and/or areas subject to environmental remediation and verification of the healthiness conditions of workplaces through site assessments and continuous updating of technical documentation
  • Development of specific prevention and protection measures and safety procedures for specific work activities

     

  • Support in drafting the DUVRI (Universal Document for Interference Risk Assessment)
  • Support during the organization and management of safety aspects related to the Institution's events (Graduations, demonstrations, etc.)

     

  • Management of SIR forms
  • Organization and implementation of health surveillance databases
  • Archiving of fitness for work documentation (copy of the DDL)
  • Management of mandatory communications and protocols
  • Support in preparing the "Safety Attachments" included in partnership agreements signed by the Polytechnic
  • Worker information activities (Art. 36 Legislative Decree 81/08)
  • Worker training programs (Art. 37 Legislative Decree 81/08)
  • Monitoring training of workers engaged in special tasks (emergency teams, safety representatives, use of work equipment)
  • Monitoring the health surveillance process of workers

     

  • Support for the activities of the Competent Doctor, first aid interventions, and support for periodic fitness examinations.
