The new questionnaire takes its basis from numerous interactions with the Quality Assurance Unit, inputs received from the College Coordinators, as well as from professors and students.
As always, the new questionnaire is anonymous.
Furthermore:
- It is divided into two parts, the first one is filled out only once per academic period: one-third questions less!
- You can access the questionnaire until your first exam registration in the academic year of attendance. You will decide whether to complete it or submit a blank form.
Example: If you attended courses A, B, C, and D in the first academic period and decide to take the exam for the first time in different sessions, here is how you can fill out the JCT questionnaire:
- If you declare that you want to attend the lessons again, you can still fill it out in the following year.
- The revision of the questions, graphics, and response methods makes the completion faster and more accessible, even with smarphones.
- Now, Erasmus students and those from inter-university courses can fill the questionnaire: greater inclusivity and participation.
- The delivery of the results to the teacher has been improved: teachers receive initial feedback as usual, and the data is updated periodically throughout the year for those registering for exams in subsequent sessions.
- You can always leave a blank form and, if you wish, you can indicate the reason.
