This course was started in 2005 in order to prepare the next generation of aspiring space professionals for collaborating in an international, space industry-focused setting. One of the main objective of the course is to attract the widest variety of nationalities, background and specialisms possible, so that it would function similar to how ESA itself functions, although on a much smaller scale.
