The Regione Piemonte has approved the Measure "MATCHIN", which aims to support the increase of innovation capacity in small and medium-sized enterprises in the region with regard to the development/integration of new technologies, products, and innovation processes.
The initiative seeks to promote research and development, technology transfer, and innovation within companies while also creating new professional opportunities for research staff, enhancing their education and expertise.
The call provides incentives for:
Line A – Recruitment of highly qualified profiles holding a PhD who are currently engaged in or have completed, within the past 12 months, a research collaboration under a fixed-term contract (up to 12 months) or a permanent contract, including part-time arrangements.
Line B – Temporary mobility of researchers, technologists, and professors through specific agreements between SMEs and Research Organizations to support the development and integration of more efficient and advanced products, processes, technologies, or services, for up to 12 months.
