Biography

I obtained the Master's Degree in Materials Sciences for Cultural Heritage (LM53) at the University of Turin in 2015, presenting a thesis regarding archaeological ceramics finds dating through the use of thermoluminescence tecnique, obtaining 110/110 with honors. After graduation, I attended the "IR and Raman Spectroscopy School for applications to Cultural Heritage" at the "La Venaria Reale" Conservation and Restoration Center, and then the Training Camp "Innovation and Archeology: the site and the finds of Monte Sannace” in Goia del Colle (BA), organized by ERIHS. it (European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science) with the collaboration of INFN and other local institutions and universities. I am currentlyenrolled in the Metrology PhD (XXXV cycle) of the Polytechnic of Turin and I carry out my research work in collaboration with the Physics Department of the University of Turin. In particular, my research activity is focused on the characterization and implementation of a new instruments based on an innovative X-ray source and a flat-panel detector for digital imaging measurements (radiography and tomography) for application in the Cultural Heritage field. In addition, I am associated with the INFN-CHNet (Cultural Heritage Network).
