You will become Data Scientists or Data Engineers, professionals with a strong abstraction ability and an interdisciplinary analytical approach. Data Scientists and Data Engineers can manage the entire life cycle of the data analysis process, analyse problem requirements, and collect and store large amounts of data. Data Scientists and Data Engineers are also able to analyse data using mathematical and statistical models and machine learning algorithms, visualize the information and, finally, use the knowledge extracted from data for decision-making purposes. Engineers (Data Scientists and Data Engineers) trained by this degree programme will be able to quickly adapt to the multiple contexts in which they will be involved and to the rapidly evolving data analytics technologies.
