Ceremony of awarding the PhD parchments for 37th cycle

We remind you that the access to the diploma of cycle XXXVII delivery ceremony, is granted exclusively to PhD students who have booked the event and maximum two guests.

In order to register the access to the ceremony, it is mandatory to have an Identity Document (i.e. identity card, driving licence or passport); Politecnico smart-card or GTT card will not be accepted under any circumstances.

You have to show up in the Aula Magna (Lecture hall) lobby on January 29, 2026:

• at 8.30 a.m. for PhD in: Architecture. History and Project; Architectural and Landscape Heritage; Civil and Environmental Engineering; Urban and Regional Development and Management, Production and Design
• at 11.00 a.m. for PhD in: Computer and Control Engineering; Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering; Artificial Intelligence
• at 1.30 p.m. for PhD in: Bioengineering and Medical-Surgical Sciences; Chemical Engineering; Aerospace Engineering; Mechanical Engineering
• at 4.00 p.m. for PhD in: Energetics; Materials Science and Technology; Pure and Applied Mathematics; Physics; Metrology

You will receive a ticket indicating where to sit and one ticket for each of your guests, who will freely sit in the armchairs across the central aisle.
Anyone who does not participate in the ceremony will be able to collect the diploma later, following the instructions on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: for organizational reasons and to enable everyone to attend under the best conditions, latecomers will not be admitted.
