Following the success and enthusiasm of the first two editions, the 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme in Smart Commercial Vehicles for Sustainable Mobility aims to provide advanced training for new graduate apprentices who will be hired by Iveco Group, in roles at our IVECO and FPT Industrial brands.
This 2-year programme is designed to develop key skills for the design and integration of innovative technologies in the commercial vehicle sector, with a particular focus on multi-energy propulsion, carbon-neutral solutions, connected vehicles, and digital mobility. Core topics include electric and hybrid technologies, software-defined vehicles, simulation and virtualization, vehicle connectivity, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and data-driven innovation.
A project proposal for this 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme will be submitted for funding to Regione Piemonte within the framework of the specific regional call for proposals ("Apprendistato di Alta Formazione e di Ricerca – Avviso Pubblico 2022–2024 per l’individuazione e la gestione dell’offerta formativa pubblica ai sensi della Deliberazione della Giunta regionale n. 4-4372 del 22/12/2021, approvato con Deliberazione n. 114 del 3 marzo 2022").
In accordance with the above-mentioned call for proposals:
- selected candidates will be employed by the partner company through a High Apprenticeship contract (pursuant to ART. 45 – D.Lgs 81/2015);
upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, participants will be awarded a 2nd level Specializing Master’s diploma.
