Develop talent and skills to innovate
Grow Your Talents is a three-year educational pathway, running alongside the traditional degree program, designed to foster motivation and academic excellence. It promotes interdisciplinary learning and encourages dialogue between universities, industry, and the local community. The pathway provides students with a gradual and mindful introduction to the most widely used and promising technologies in the professional world, stimulating curiosity while keeping the quality of education and cultural development at the core of the project.
Who can join?
Grow Your Talents targets 200 students from the Engineering and Architecture Area (Architecture; Territorial, urban, environmental and landscape planning; Design and Communication) selected according to specific merit-based requirements.
Break the traditional boundaries between disciplines, explore a new educational paradigm, and adopt an interactive, collaborative approach from the very start of your bachelor’s degree
Collaborate with students from different fields and subject tutors, turning learning into an interactive, multidisciplinary experience
Develop soft skills and design approaches, honing strategic thinking within a systemic and interconnected view of the world
At the end of the project, you will receive a Certificate of Participation documenting the skills you have acquired. Your participation will also be noted in the Diploma Supplement, an informative report that complements your degree by providing a detailed description of your actual curriculum, helping to enhance international transparency of academic qualifications
You will receive a digital certificate that makes the skills you developed during the program immediately visible and verifiable
