Biografia

I’m an extroverted person who doesn’t love monotony. Fluent with mother tongue English, I consider myself well organized and neat. I’m a fast-learner, I like to work in groups, and I always look toward new challenges with the aim of constantly improving myself.
I’m thrilled by technological progress, innovation management and start-ups. I’m fascinated by the organizational aspect of workplaces, thereby I read a lot about organizational design, people management in creative environments and behavioural science.
I've studied Engineering and Management at Politecnico di Torino where I first came into contact with the Technology Trasfer and the Startup galaxies. During the past years I've had the opportunity to work on both the environments, learning the struggles of researchers in creating high-tech startups.
I'm here therefore to study new entrepreneurial finance instruments created specifically to transform rearcher teams in entrepreneurial teams able to succesfully develop a technology with strong commercial potential.
