Global Finance, Invisible Enterprise, Metaverses - Strategic and (Re)Constructive Foundations

The seminar Global Finance, Invisible Enterprise, Metaverses – Strategic and (Re)Constructive Foundations offers a reflection on the role of financial choices and corporate structures in managing uncertainty and shaping long-term strategies.

The event, delivered by Piergiorgio Valente, will take place on 8 May 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Abstract
From the synthesis of strategic vision and financial decision-making emerges the centrality of corporate structures as spaces in which responsibility, risk, and hierarchies of priorities are articulated into a coherent projection of the future.
Financial choice thus coincides with the highest expression of the ability to govern uncertainty and direct resources towards durable and strategically meaningful objectives. The decision-making process reveals itself as a progressive architecture of entrepreneurial intelligence—both human and artificial—which, originating from information, develops through stages of processing, selection, and comparison, ultimately culminating in a defined structural configuration.
Within the management of uncertainty and the disciplined rationalisation of opportunities lies the deepest legitimacy of a firm’s financial and fiscal strategy.
The seminar is situated within transdisciplinary domains shaped by international pressures, competitive asymmetries, and continuously evolving regulatory frameworks.
