Meeting between Delta Kogyo and the Politecnico di Torino for future research collaborations
Yesterday, 15 December, two representatives of the Japanese company Delta Kogyo, Angelo Savio and Domenico Agnusdei, which specializes in the manufacture of automotive seating systems, paid a visit to the Politecnico di Torino, where they met with the Director of the PoliTO Japan Hub, Giuseppe Quaglia, the newly appointed Research Manager of the project, Giovanni Colucci, and the Japan Hub project secretariats.
In recent years, Delta Kogyo has been developing new technologies in the biomedical field, with potential applications in the automotive sector. The purpose of the visit was to explore opportunities for collaboration in biomedical research for the company’s Turin-based facility.
During the meeting, both parties expressed strong interest in developing joint collaborations, also in light of the commitment demonstrated by the Politecnico di Torino, through the Japan Hub project, to strengthening collaborative relations with Japan.
