The participant must complete the following steps in agreement with the TNE Project Responsible (Responsabile Scientifico). Completed documents must be sent to tne.administration@polito.it and staff.mobility@polito.it.

Admission to the Advanced Skills course
• The participant must follow the registration procedures of the course. Selected participants will receive from the Organizing Institution a Letter of Admission with Scholarship.
• The participant must send a copy of the Letter of Admission to tne.administration@polito.it and staff.mobility@polito.it
TNE Grant Agreement for staff mobility
States the mobility dates and duration and the amount of scholarship awarded. It is prepared by PoliTO’s Mobility Office and sent to the participant for completing bank data and signing.
Codice Fiscale - Fiscal Code (download form)
Participants not already holding an Italian Codice Fiscale must fill in the form and send it to staff.mobility@polito.it
At the end of the mobility
TNE Staff Mobility Certificate (download form)
• The document states the actual mobility dates and duration that may differ from those in the Grant Agreement. It is prepared by PoliTO and sent to the staff member.
• The scholarship amount is revised on the basis of the actual mobility dates. It will be reduced in case of mobility shorter than the duration established in the Grant Agreement.
Payment
• The scholarship is paid to the participant’s bank account listed in the Grant Agreement. The payment procedure is activated immediately at the end of mobility and may take up to one month.
• In case of mobility periods longer than one month, an advance will be paid at the beginning of mobility and the balance will be paid at the end.
