International networks and alliances

Politecnico di Torino is part of Unite!, one of the first European University Alliances launched to structure a European University space by enhancing cooperation in teaching, research, social impact and innovation. 

Unite! gathers nine universities that connect European regions with the aim of renewing European higher education.

Politecnico di Torino is member of several renowned international university networks, in particular in Europe, in the Mediterranean, and in Latin America. These networks seek to promote cooperation in different fields and to create a common higher education and research area.

Politecnico is currently heading two prominent international networks:

• CLUSTER - Leading universities of Science and Technology
• Magalhães Network - Connecting leading technical universities in Europe and LAC

PoliTo is also member of the following networks:

• CESAER - Conference of European Schools for Advanced engineering Education and Research
• EUA - European University Association
• ISCN - International  Sustainable  Campus Network
• T.I.M.E. Association - Top International Managers in Engineering
• U7+ - Alliance of World Universities
• UNIMED - Unione delle Università del Mediterraneo

The international networks in which Politecnico di Torino actively participates regularly organize high-level events, conferences, and meetings that foster dialogue among universities, promote academic collaboration, and encourage the development of joint projects on a global scale.
