The lauched of PoliTO Japan Hub Community initiative

On February 5, the launch event of the new initiative promoted by the Japan Hub, the “PoliTO Japan Hub Community,” took place.

The initiative was created with the aim of consolidating and strengthening relationships with Japanese partners through the establishment of a network dedicated to colleagues who are interested in or already involved in collaborations with Japan. The Community seeks to foster information sharing, the exchange of experiences, and active participation in the activities of the Japan Hub, creating a structured space for dialogue and growth.

The event opened with institutional greetings from the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Alberto Sapora. This was followed by a presentation by the project director, Giuseppe Quaglia, who introduced the Japan Hub and outlined the objectives, participation modalities, and development prospects of the new Community.

The event also featured contributions from researcher Andrea Botta, Professor Elisa Capello, Professor Claudia Cassatella, and Professor Stefania Specchia, who briefly shared their research experiences carried out in collaboration with Japanese partners, highlighting the results achieved and the significant potential for future development.
