Biography

Fabrizio Mo served as a research assistant (Feb 2024 - May 2025) at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of Politecnico di Torino, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Research topics and interests: single-molecule organic sensors, molecular electronics, semiconductor sensors, electronic devices, transport in nanodevices, and nanotechnology, especially for beyond-CMOS systems.
