Biography

I am a Mechanical Engineer specializing in automation with a strong passionvfor marine renewable energies. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the Marine Offshore Renewable Energy (MOREnergy) Lab of Politecnico di Torino, focusing on floating offshore wind.
My research primarily involves floating vertical-axis wind turbines. Among the main skills I have developed are numerical modelling of offshore systems, wind and wave resource assessments, and techno-economic analysis for floating offshore wind and wave energy converters. My other research interests include floating PV systems, wave energy converters, and hybrid wind and wave platforms.
