Biography

Mariano Pentella is a PhD student in Metrology at Politecnico di Torino. He graduated with merit in Electrical Engineering in 2018 at University of Naples "Federico II" with the thesis "On the use of the superconducting permeameter for characterizing soft magnetic materials at high fields". His research topic is the development of novel test methods to characterize magnetic materials for particle accelerator components, including the uncertainty assessment
