Biography

I obtained my Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering in 2015 and my Master degree in Electronic Systems in 2017 at Politecnico di Torino.
During my Master thesis i worked on hardware and software design and prototyping of a Time Of Fligth (TOF) based collision avoidance radar. Once graduated, i wanted to go deeper into the subject and worked for one year as Research Fellow in the radar group led by Professor Riccardo Maggiora.
The complexity of the subject and the possibility to explore all different aspects and technical challenges of such a product, has been a milestone in my decision to apply for the Ph.D.
I am currently working on the hardware and software design of a low cost Real Time Locating (RTLS) system based on Ultra Wide Band (UWB) sequences, and on the hardware design of printed circuit board for automotive radar applications.
