Biography

Marco De Stefano received the M.Sc. degree in mechatronic engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2018, where he is attending his Ph.D. in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering with the EMC Group. His current research interests include model-order reduction, with emphasis on compressed macromodeling via data compression techniques, topological and parameterized surrogate models, combined with fast simulation methods for signal and power integrity.
Mr. De Stefano was a co-recipient of the 2018 Best Paper Award of the IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, and of the 2019 Best Student Paper Award of the IEEE 23rd Workshop on Signal and Power Integrity.
