Biography

Received Bachelor degree with a fully-funded merit-based scholarship in Electrical Engineering from the Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering, Islamabad, Pakistan in 2013 with Gold Medal. His research thesis was “Software Defined Networking (Multi-gigabit multi-core OpenFlow switch on NetFPGA platform)” In which he received the Grant from the National ICT R&D Fund from the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of Pakistan and won the overall best research thesis award.

Completed his Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information technology from the University of Stuttgart in 2016 - Germany with good academic standings. The topic of his master's thesis was "Fast Compressive Sensing Process" which was done in collaboration with Sony-EuTec Germany.

He started his Ph.D. with a fully-funded scholarship from Sony-Germany in May 2017 under the supervision of Prof. Enrico Magli and Prof. Tiziano Bianchi. His research activities are focused on Deep learning for security applications.

He is working in collaboration with Sony-Eutec Germany since December 2014.
