Marelli Europe

In collaboration with the Motorsport division of Marelli Europe, PEIC designed and developed GaN-based (gallium nitride) inverters for motorsport applications. This innovative solution enables higher efficiency and power density at potentially lower costs compared to SiC (silicon carbide) technologies.
