Just the Woman I Am 2025
As every year, JUST THE WOMAN I AM returns, a key event in the Turin calendar held in conjunction with International Women's Day. This 5 km run/walk is open to everyone and raises funds for university cancer research while promoting prevention, healthy lifestyles, inclusion, and gender equality. For the twelfth edition, the Politecnico di Torino will once again be present alongside the University of Turin and the CUS - Centro Universitario Sportivo Torinese.
Starting from March 7, 2025, numerous activities and events will take place, culminating in the run/walk on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 3:30 PM, departing from Parco del Valentino (Viale Virgilio, corner of Corso Pier Andrea Mattioli) and finishing at Piazza Castello.
JUST THE WOMAN I AM 2025 is more than just a 5-kilometer run or walk. It is also a Prevention and Health Village, offering free health check-ups, consultations, conferences, and educational webinars throughout the three-day event. It serves as a physical and digital platform for non-profit organizations to promote their initiatives and provides an opportunity for academia, the excellence of Italian healthcare, citizens, and schools to connect, engage in dialogue, and celebrate together.
The PoliTO stand will be located in Piazzetta Reale, hosting Politecnico di Torino’s research groups and offering free activities open to the entire community.
