Enrollment

The applications must be submitted exclusively through the Apply@PoliTo portal within the 20th October 2023 h 02:00 pm (CET), otherwise, they will be excluded from the selection process.

Access Apply@Polito in one of the following ways:

  1. Former students of Politecnico di Torino: access your personal page on the Didactic Portal, go to "Online Secretary" and click on "Apply@polito"; if you don't remember the password, you can recover it through this link.
  2. Candidates already registered with Apply@polito: if you already have an Apply username but have never been enrolled at Politecnico, you will need to use the access credentials (username and password) that were previously assigned to you. You can recover the password if needed through this link.
  3. Candidates from other universities: register on Apply@polito, you will receive an email with your username and password. Click on the provided link to make your first login.

Complete your application for the lifelong learning course:

be sure you meet the necessary requirements to be enrolled in the program.

Fill-in the online application form, select the name of the course and follow the instructions to proceed with the following fields.

Upload the mandatory documentation in the "Attachments" section.

Complete the application on the "Summary and Confirmation" page.

 

 

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree with technical-scientific content and/or work experience in the field of spatial data management (at least 3 years).

 

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
  • Valid Identification document (passaport for extra-EU applicants)
  • Curriculum vitae (CV must include the authorization to the processing of personal data – in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation - EU Regulation 2016/679- and the Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 and subsequent amendments)
  • Only for applicants with degrees obtained from an an Italian Public University: self-certificate (dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione - ai sensi dell’art. 46 DPR 28 dicembre 2000, n. 445) in which applicants declare to have obtained a Bachelor's degree. The self-certification must include: the name of degree, the name of the University, the date of degree conferral and the graduation final grade, the full list of all the exams passed and the grades obtained 
  • Only for applicants with degree obtained from a non-Italian University or private Italian University: Bachelor's degree official transcript issued by the University of origin, produced on letter-headed paper, containing the graduation final grade and the date of degree conferral.
OPTIONAL DOCUMENTS
  • English language certificate: candidates who do not submit a certificate could be interviewed to ascertain their knowledge of the English language.

All the required documents, with the exception of the identification document, must be submitted only in Italian or English language.

Attached documents will be verified by the Unit of Specialising master's programmes, lifelong learning and challengs. Those who do not satify the admission requirements will be automatically excluded from the selection process.

The absence of even one of the above listed documents will result in the exclusion from the selection process.

The partecipation fee is  € 600,00 (sixhundred/00) + € 21,00 (twentyone/00) at the time of enrollment.

The payment of this fee is also permitted by third parties (as illustrated in the Call for Application,  Art. 8).
