Learning-by-doing

Laboratory activities are a key component of the Master’s Degree Programme in Materials Engineering for Industry 4.0. Through experimental, design and simulation work, students apply the knowledge acquired during lectures to the design, production and characterization of materials, as well as to the analysis of material and process performance.

Laboratory work also helps students develop essential transferable skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, teamwork and the communication of results.

For each study track, the tables below list the courses that include laboratory activities, indicating the language of instruction and the participation and assessment methods.
