The thesis is the last learning activity of the Master’s educational path. The Final Examination consists in the public oral defence of the thesis that has to include an original contribution and that it must be written under the guidance of a Supervisor. The thesis topic is decided in agreement with the supervisor of the University chosen by the student.
The thesis may also be written in a language other than Italian, individually or in groups, as provided for by the University Teaching Regulations. When a thesis is written by more than one person, the contribution of every single author must be declared so that it can be easily identified.
During the Graduation ceremony, the Chair of the Committee confers the degrees on the graduands who receive their degree parchments and are awarded the title of Dottore Magistrale in Architecture Construction City.
THESES WORTHY OF MENTION are evaluated as worthy of mention by the Commissions of the Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino.
