After graduation

You will find employment mainly in the public and private industrial sector for the production and processing of metallic, polymeric, ceramic, glass and composite materials, in industrial laboratories and in research and development centres of public and private companies and institutions.

  • Graduates in Materials Engineering, after passing the State Examination, will be able to qualify as Section B Engineers and register in the professional registry as Junior Industrial Engineers.
  • Alternatively, the preparation acquired with a degree in materials engineering will allow you to continue your education in Master's degree courses.
