After graduation

At the end of the Course of Studies in Design and Communication, you will have acquired the skills of one of these two training profiles:

  • Product Designer: a Product Designer configures and manages, independently or by participating in multidisciplinary teams as regards the more complex processes, the research, design and production activity of the product, industrial and otherwise, tangible and intangible.
  • Communication Designer: a Communication Designer configures and manages, independently or by participating in multidisciplinary teams as regards the more complex processes, the research, design and production activity of the product and the communication experience in its totality, in the formal aspects of the real and/or virtual artefact, in the field of ICT, publishing and communication.

There are many employment opportunities, you will be able to: 

  • work as a product designer, that is, be able to configure and manage the product design and production activity, with a specific sensitivity to issues of ethics, sustainability and economics, in industrial and craftsmanship companies of production of manufacturing goods, design studios, public and private bodies producing and providing services;
  • work as a communication designer, that is, being able to configure and manage new forms and tools of communication, controlling the processing of digital images, using conscious approaches and uses of IT and hypermedia tools, in professional studios, marketing and communications, publishers, public and private bodies producing and providing services.
