Fear and Greed - How Options Can Be Employed in the Financial Markets
Financial derivatives play a significant role in modern financial markets, serving as tools for hedging risks, speculating on price movements, and arbitraging price differences across markets.
Options are specific derivative financial instruments in which two counterparties contractually agree to transact an asset at a specific price before or on an expiration date.
This DIGEP seminar will introduce students to the types of options and key option strategies that can be employed in the financial markets.
