Modeling transport phenomena inside mesoporous catalysts using quadrature-based moment methods
On Friday, July 18 at 4.00 pm, the Department of Applied Science and Technology-DISAT will host the seminar: "Modeling transport phenomena inside mesoporous catalysts using quadrature-based moment methods" presented by doctor Martin Kutscherauer from the Institute of Chemical Process Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany).
In this talk, doctor Kutscherauer will present the results of the research work carried out during his four-month stay at DISAT, hosted by the research group MulMoPro, as part of a mobility grant awarded by KIT.
The seminar will focus on the modeling of transport phenomena within mesoporous catalysts, using advanced numerical approaches based on quadrature-based moment methods, aiming to improve the understanding and design of complex catalytic systems.
This event is a valuable opportunity to share scientific insights and highlight the ongoing international collaboration between DISAT and KIT.
