Digital Twin for Advanced Biological System Modelling: Integrating In-Silico and Organs-on-Chip Approaches

The D3 4 HEALTH Foundation – composed of 28 partners including public and private universities, research institutes, and companies – carries out activities to enhance research on digital technologies in healthcare through a sophisticated data mining process, aimed at improving diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment for five major diseases: metastatic colon cancer, liver and biliary tract cancer, central nervous system cancer, type I diabetes, and multiple sclerosis.

On 9 and 10 December at the CNR - aula Marconi - the workshop ‘Digital Twin for Advanced Biological System Modeling: Integrating In-Silico and Organs-on-Chip Approaches’ will take place, organised as a moment of synthesis and planning within the collaboration between Spoke 3 and 4 of D34Health. During the workshop, speakers from different disciplinary fields will take turns to stimulate debate within the community by analysing critical issues and development strategies in the field, also through the presentation of success stories.
