My research project engages with theories of the decommodification of housing, specifically examining a French housing tool in dialogue with the concepts of urban planner Luigi Mazza.

Biography

My research interests focus on urban studies, with particular attention to housing studies and urban political economy. My academic background lies at the intersection of political science, urban sociology and spatial planning. I studied the sociology of urban policies at Sciences Po Bordeaux and gained professional experience in France in the field of social housing, notably through collaborations with social housing associations, urban planning agencies and research institutes.
Throughout my academic and professional trajectory, I have undertaken study, research, and work experiences in East Jerusalem (Palestine), Vienna, Bordeaux, Bayonne (Iparralde), and Paris.
