Biography

Building Engineer, Ph.D. in Project Appraisal, Researcher, she has been Assistant Professor since 2011, teaching assets and investments appraisal at Politecnico di Torino. Since 2004, she has been carrying out research and advisory activities for public and private institutions on real estate market, public works, public-private partnerships, economic and financial sustainability of projects. Member of R3C, Responsible Risk Resilience Centre of Politecnico di Torino, and scientific referent of “Maintenance” cluster. Since 2020, deputy coordinator of Collegio di Ingegneria Edile (Politecnico di Torino)
