Abstract
The main objective of the project is to prepare four traditional sectors (footwear, toys, jewellery and marketing) to face the challenge of using additive manufacturing in their prototyping processes. For this, it is essential that older workers, with vast and valuable experience in this field, can master these new techniques and do not become excluded from the labour market. The use of emerging technologies will also increase the attractiveness of these sectors within young people.
