New agreement with Kyushu University
On August 8th, 2023, Marco Morandotti from the Department of Mathematical Sciences (DISMA), visited the Institute of Mathematics for Industry (IMI) and the Faculty of Mathematics of the Kyushu University.
The purpose of the visit was to sign an interdepartmental agreement and to promote international collaboration in the future through discussing with Professor Kajiwara, Director of IMI, Professor Tsujii, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, and Associate Professor Cesana of IMI.
Politecnico di Torino is the first Italian technical university to receive a high rating in the field of mathematics in the World University Ranking.
The visit and the signature of the agreement open the path to future possible academic activities.
