Target: young researchers

This training is organised by Technical University of Darmstadt and it is specifically addressed to doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers who lead or plan to lead a research group. This two-day seminar explores modern leadership approaches in complex academic contexts, offering practical tools for motivating teams, delivering effective communication, providing constructive feedback, and managing conflicts.

The course is organised by Graz University of Technology and is open to all faculty and staff.
