DIST - Political Ecologies of Justice
The roundtable is organised by the Urban Theory Workshop (UTW) collective, is a platform committed to engaging with issues in the fields of critical urban studies and political ecology. It consists of a network of post-graduate and PhD students.
The roundtable is supported by PhD URD.
This roundtable seeks to collectively reflect on territorial transformations, environmental changes, and dwelling at large from the purview of justice. Doing so, it aims to ask how territories can be studied without reproducing an ‘extractivist’ gaze, nor 'paternalising’ a social quest for living in a just, safe, and healthy environment.
